Goodies Magazine is a periodical that looks at the ingredients that make up the food on your grocery store aisle. In a time where one can go to the grocery store such as Whole Foods and find so many great designs all touting health benefits, Goodies Magazine breaks down what is really happening inside these food items for the health conscious shopper. The first issue is all about sugar and the different kinds of sugars that exist such as molasses, brown sugar, white sugar, stevia, and honey. The issue also includes various articles about the role sugar plays in different cultures.
