This was one of Sponsored projects that I worked on during my senior year at the Art Center and Jay and I had been worked on since then. I designed business model based application for his business and focused on creating a platform that could produce values for different stakeholders (consumer, decision helper, dealer, car accessories shop and car manufactures). I design strategic plans of how this business can expand based on this platform.
